R.A. Galindo, Inc.'s Construction Division serves the Galindo Group's own building needs exclusively. In the late 1970's through the early 1980's the Division's activity was primarily residential construction. Homes were built in Westwood Estates, Villa West, La Brisa, University Park, Shirewood, and other small R. A. Galindo subdivisions in Brazos County.

Commercial building construction projects are exemplified by the Galindo Plaza that contains the Aerofit Health Fitness Center and the Galindo Group office head-quarters. Aerofit is the premier private health fitness club facility in the Bryan/College Station area. Since 2003 the Galindo Group office head-quarters is a landmark architectural master piece that contributes to the business landscape.

These are examples of G group amenities that will enhance the quality of life and the appearance of the city and surrounding areas for many years to come.

In the 1990's, R. A. Galindo's construction projects have been, primarily multi-family apartment communities of 100 or more units. West University Oaks, a 104 unit complex in Bryan, Texas, was completed in 1994. Middle Brook Gardens, located in Cedar Park, Texas, 20 miles Northwest of Austin, is a 416 unit community built in 1998 and 2001, Royal Oaks Gardens, 168 units in  Bryan-College Station was built in 1999.

Built in 2008, Aerofit Pflugerville is a 44,000 sq. ft. free standing health fitness emporium serving one of Austin's most rapidly growing bedroom communities.
